The project involves construction of a new 12-Unit T-Hangar Building.

Scope of project includes – Replacing stake mounted Medium Intensity Runway Lights (MIRL) (edge and threshold) with LED base mounted MIRLs, Replacing the RW 14 and 32 Runway End Indemnifier Lights (REILs) with LED REILs Replacing existing direct buried cable with cable and conduit.

The project involves crack repair and crack seal of Runway 8-26, include marking removal and remarking.

This project includes the rehabilitation of Lancaster Airport’s airfield electrical system including lighting, the vault, and the circuitry. LED fixtures will replace all the older equipment. Taxiway signage will be updated as well as the Airport Lighting Control & Monitoring System. The scope of the project includes the following items: • Replace all airfield lights, signs, and cables • Provide new conduit where necessary • Update the circuit layout such that all major pieces of airfield equipment can connect to the emergency generator • Replace airfield electrical vault equipment • Provide roof repairing to the existing vault building • Replace airfield lighting control system • Install overhead lighting at terminal apron • Replace airport beacon fixture

The Lancaster Airport Authority has received new air service from a low-cost carrier using a narrow body jet with an approximate seating capacity of 140 passengers. The proposed project modifies and expands the existing Terminal to create a new interior bag claim area for passengers. This area will repurpose existing building space. The eastern wall of the terminal is proposed to be expanded. The expansion will enclose the existing canopy on the east wall as well as include expansions of the east wall to the north and south of the existing canopy. Additionally, the northeast corner will be expanded. A bag carousel is not included in this project. The project is subject to the Separations Act. As a result, four bid packages are required to be prepared and awarded separately. Below are the contracts required: 1. General Contractor 2. Mechanical 3. Electrical 4. Plumbing. Contractors are welcome to bid on any or all of the divisions.

Close off the east end of the existing security fence with approximatelly 850 LF of 8-foot chain link fencing.
