The scope of the project includes the following: Demolition of existing drainage features, Embankment and site grading for future development, Paving of apron area for future development, Installation of new drainage network, Associated Erosion and sediment control

This project is for the replacement of the Airport’s existing Jet-A fuel facility. The scope of the project will include the removal of the existing 10,000 gal. underground fuel system and installation of a new 12,000 gal. above ground tank with associated pumps.

This project is for the procurement of two (2) standard pre-engineered 12-Unit T-Hangar buildings.

The proposed project includes the construction of a 65’x65’ box hangar (foundation and building structure) for future aircraft parking. This project also includes the construction of a Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) taxilane and apron with the associated site work (grading & drainage). The proposed concrete taxilane will provide paved access to the proposed hangar.

The Terminal Parking Lot project will include a new parking lot of approximately 150 parking spots. This project includes all required earthwork, grading, lighting, paving, and traffic coordination involved with the construction of the parking lot.

This project consists of a mill-and-fill rehabilitation of Runway 14-32 (9,001’ x 150’), including runway overruns with a non-strengthening FAA specification P-401 bituminous asphalt overlay. The scope of the project includes the following: • 2-inch nominal bituminous pavement milling. • Fill and repair encountered pavement cracks with an engineer approved non-shrink grout-type crack filler material. • Grade correction overlay through the Runway 14-32 intersection with Runway 5-23. • Pavement fillet demolition in the intersection of Runway 14-32 and Runway 5-23. • Adjust threshold lights and MALSR threshold bar and install maintenance pads. • FAA specification P-401, 2-inch nominal overlay placed in one 2-inch lift for the entire length of the runway and overruns. • Runway grooving per FAA specification. • Runway shoulder restoration grading, seeding and mulching as required. • Application of initial and final precision instrument runway pavement markings.

This project involves the rehabilitation of the older portion of Runway 6-24 pavement (4,471' x 75'), new LED runway lighting and signage, new 4-box PAPIs on both runway ends, grading and paving work associated with widening the connector taxiway fillets to meet FAA standards, new LED taxiway lights for the connector taxiways, and drainage work to replace a pipe underneath the runway and regrade an existing channel. This project includes the rehabilitation of Lancaster Airport’s airfield electrical system including lighting, the vault, and the circuitry. LED fixtures will replace all older equipment. Taxiway signage will be updated as well as the Airport Lighting Control & Monitoring System. The scope of the project includes the following items: • Replace all airfield lights, signs, and cables • Provide new conduit where necessary • Update the circuit layout such that all major pieces of airfield equipment can connect to the emergency generator • Replace airfield electrical vault equipment • Provide roof repairing to the existing vault building • Replace airfield lighting control system • Install overhead lighting at terminal apron • Replace airport beacon fixture. All alternates must be bid.

The Rehabilitate AWOS project is to replace the existing Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) currently in service. The project includes all new equipment to be installed in a new location as well as site work, tree removal, and electrical work to support the system and all materials and labor needed to install a certified AWOS-III on the airfield. Once the new AWOS-III is functioning and certified, the current obsolete equipment is to be removed.
