Notification of awards will be posted on eVA (www.eva.virginia.gov)

The Winchester Regional Airport Authority (WRAA) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received by the WRAA at the Winchester Regional Airport, 491 Airport Road, Winchester, Virginia, 22602, through the due date and hour shown above (local prevailing time). Bids shall be submitted by mail, or in person during regular business hours, up until the date and time noted for bid receipt. All bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope and labeled with the project name "Relocate Parallel Taxiway – Section 1" in the lower left corner. Bids shall be opened and read aloud at the date and time specified, in the conference room of the Winchester Regional Airport. Bids shall not be submitted through eVA. Bids submitted directly through eVA shall be rejected.

No bid may be withdrawn until after October 15, 2024.
